We exist to empower the next generation of female leaders by providing scholarships, mentorship, and resources for girls worldwide. While women drive a massive wave of new startups, they still only own about one-third of existing businesses globally. We aim to break down this disparity and pave a clear path toward 50% gender parity in global business ownership.
Through education, entrepreneurial support, and community-building opportunities, we help girls develop the skills and confidence to launch their own businesses. With international chapters, summer camps, and inspiring global guest speakers, we work to break down the barriers young women face in entrepreneurship and equip them to succeed, fostering a more equitable future in global business.
Every dollar helps us award more scholarships and expand our chapters worldwide.
